Materials go to your site, and you get photo proof of the delivery.

Good to know
We act as your buying agent, not a middleman taking a cut of your materials. We get quotes from vendors we have priced and visited in person, and we send you the real price. Every delivery is photographed and sent to you, so you can see what arrived without being there.
On materials orders our fee is 5%, charged as its own line item — we add nothing to the price of the materials themselves. Our minimum fee is ₦10,000, so on any order below ₦200,000 you pay ₦10,000 rather than the 5%. Whole-project work is priced separately, as a supervision fee covering scoping, site visits and verification, quoted upfront before any work starts.
We photograph every delivery and send it to you before you pay for the next stage.
